Description: Our charcoal loaf has a striking dark crumb from activated charcoal, with a soft texture and a subtly earthy flavour that makes it stand out on any table. A distinctive alternative to our classic loaves, equally good for sandwiches or serving alongside cheese and dips.
Made with organic ingredients and free from the harshest additives usually used to fake a gluten free texture. No HPMC, no crumb softeners, no palm oil.

500g, delivered unsliced. Made naturally with no fillers or preservatives, so it's more grain based with a real wholegrain chew rather than light and fluffy. The bread arrives with a day or two of shelf life left, so we recommend ordering a few at once (and it'll help you qualify for free delivery over £35). Slice and freeze on the day of delivery, then toast straight from frozen whenever you like. Freezes well for up to 6 weeks.

We bake to order, so production takes 3–5 working days. We dispatch Monday to Thursday by Royal Mail next-day delivery, and deliver to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland.
