Founder & Chief Everything Officer

Tara is the founder, baker, recipe developer and professional plate spinner behind Good Grain Bakery. She started Good Grain with one big belief: gluten free bread should never be an afterthought or a compromise.

Joe

Co-owner, Operations & Business Director

The integrator. Joe is the calm, practical brain behind operations, business and making the big picture work. Alongside Tara, he helps turn ambitious ideas into a business that can actually deliver them. Their story began with a shared love of bread and a belief that gluten free could be so much better.

Gem

Executive Assistant to Tara Taylor

Gem truly lives up to her name. She is our friendly face for customer enquiries and Tara's right hand woman, keeping everything organised and making sure everyone is okay. Tara's long lost Persian sister, she also makes the day to day so much more fun.

Lukasz

Head of Operations & Production

Our behind the scenes hero. Recently diagnosed coeliac, Lukasz brings 15 years of food manufacturing experience to Good Grain. He works alongside Joe and keeps operations moving, spots problems before they become disasters and seems to know how to fix absolutely everything.

Kat

Brand Photographer

Kat has been Good Grain's official photographer since 2016. She is the talent behind the glossy photos and the delicious food that make you want to reach through the screen and take a bite. She somehow makes every crumb look good.

Georgia

Brand & Design

Georgia is the creative eye behind Good Grain's gorgeous branding. From packaging and books to the tiny details that make everything feel unmistakably Good Grain, she turns our many ideas into something beautiful, bold and brilliantly us.
