Our subscription service allows you to schedule regular deliveries of selected products directly to your door. Simply choose the subscription option when purchasing, select your preferred delivery frequency, and we'll automatically process future orders for you.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Please note that any changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that order.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for managing their own subscriptions, including updating payment details, changing delivery schedules, pausing deliveries, skipping orders, and cancelling subscriptions when required.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any changes, pauses, skips, or cancellations are made before the next scheduled billing date.

Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that have been successfully processed because a customer failed to pause, skip, amend, or cancel their subscription before the billing date.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
