You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Please note that any changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that order.

Customers are responsible for managing their own subscriptions, including updating payment details, changing delivery schedules, pausing deliveries, skipping orders, and cancelling subscriptions when required.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any changes, pauses, skips, or cancellations are made before the next scheduled billing date.
Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that have been successfully processed because a customer failed to pause, skip, amend, or cancel their subscription before the billing date.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.
This subscription service is being introduced as a trial. Good Grain Bakery reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the service at any time. The purpose of the trial is to help us ensure that the service operates smoothly and efficiently while gathering valuable customer feedback.
