How it works.
Production
Once your order has been placed, production can take 3–5 working days.
Dispatch
We dispatch Monday to Thursday only. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched using a next-day delivery service.
On delivery
Please ensure that someone is available to accept the parcel at the delivery address.
