Organic Seeded Sourdough Loaf, 550g: Vegan, Wheat & Dairy Free

Description: Our seeded sourdough starts with the same naturally fermented base as our original, with a mix of seeds folded through for extra crunch and a nuttier, more textured bite. No added yeast, just a long, slow ferment for real flavour.

Made with organic quinoa and brown rice flour, this loaf is gentle on digestion and free from the additives usually used to fake a gluten free texture. No HPMC, no gums, no crumb softeners, no palm oil.

550g, delivered unsliced. Made naturally with no fillers, additives, or preservatives, so it's more grain based with a real wholegrain sourdough chew rather than light and fluffy. The bread arrives with a day or two of shelf life left, so we recommend ordering a few at once (and it'll help you qualify for free delivery over £35). Slice and freeze on the day of delivery, then toast straight from frozen whenever you like. Freezes well for up to 6 weeks.
